  • 3 hours of practice and evaluation ice
  • 3 Pool play games + Medal round
  • 8 hours of evening open hockey

Off-Ice

  • Stickhandling and power-shooting
  • Yoga and Pilates
  • Plyometrics
  • Assisted and individual stretching

Tournament Play

  • Four-team round robin
  • 4-game guarantee
  • Three pool-play games
  • Medal-round finish on check-out day
