We will diagram important offensive and defensive stratigies in the classroom setting, that will help you become a better player. We will also video tape all evening scrimmages. We will review all scrimmages on our wide screen T.V., critiqueing positional play and personal reaction.

All campers will also learn and practice there shooting skills, on a daily basis at our dry land training center. You will receive personalized instruction that will help you improve your wrist shot, snap shot, backhand and slap shot. We will utilize our camera digital video and sports radar guns, to help you increase your shooting speed, accuracy and quickness.

We also offer to all of our adult campers a wide variety of recreational activities and optional training activities off of the ice. You will be encouraged to utilize our synthetic ice surface, roller rink, power shooting range and weight room.
