Private Lesson Form

Due to the overwhelming request for private lessons, we are enclosing this form to assist you in ensuring that you are able to schedule your camper for private lessons if desired. Our private lessons are 1 hour long sessions. Cost is $100 per person per session. Please note that this form may be sent at anytime prior to camp. Please enclose a check with this form.
