The pick-up time is 6:00 pm & the drop- off time is 12:00pm. PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE FLIGHTS THAT DEPART BEFORE 1:30 PM. The round trip fee is $300 per person, this includes the extra night's stay. Please make your flight times to coincide with these times or have your Camper fly to Brainerd. If your child is traveling as an unaccompanied minor, there will be an additional fee of $75, as we are required by the airlines to stay with your child until his/her flight departs and thus we need to send an extra staff member to Minneapolis. We are able to pick up campers at any time. Campers will be changing planes in Minneapolis to fly to Brainerd. The cost for the Brainerd shuttle is $50.00 round trip. The fee for Saturday stay over is $100.00. We charge is NO unaccompanied minor fee for Brainerd, as there is one gate/flight.
